I have a few questions here and there that I'm sure have been answered somewhere in this thread but due to me going through fifteen of the forty pages and not finding answers I'll go ahead and ask.
1.)As far as the filing itself, I was thinking of using different folders for the different exhibits of my application. Acceptable? Or should I put it all together in one with appropriate labels? If so then how has everyone been separating different documents in a subsection? Or is that all piled together to build up one exhibit?
2.)The BIGGIE-Since I graduated high school two years ago, I've been working with a fake social with my name on it but fake number. Should I put that down in the respective places or not even bring it up?
3.)Expenses and Income. How exactly is everyone calculating that? I live with my parents at the moment so they're taking care of all housing expenses. Should I put the total sum of all that into account or just what I would be spending? Because I am a server, my income is very flexible so will a broad average work for that? And I plan to go back to school so should I take that into account with my expenses?
4.) I can prove that I've been here through school records and after that with pay and bank statements. Should I print every single one of those(which would be two statements per month for two years for my pay and average four pages of one month of statements for a total two years worth) or just one per year? Thanks!

How old is he now? Did he graduate from high school yet?
My brother is 16 and I'm kinda worries he doesn't have a lot of evidences cause he is still in high school and he only got school records (he is not old enough to have anything on his name yet).

If so then how has everyone been separating different documents in a subsection? Or is that all piled together to build up one exhibit? the best thing is to create a table of content and then arrange everything in that order. you don't want to overwhelm you self or the reader. so, put everything together and label them and then explain in the table of content.
2.)The BIGGIE-Since I graduated high school two years ago, I've been working with a fake social with my name on it but fake number. Should I put that down in the respective places or not even bring it up? they have been people approved who put their fake social approved and also those who didn't put their fake social but used them have also been approved. my suggestion would be not to tell them.
3.)Expenses and Income. How exactly is everyone calculating that? I live with my parents at the moment so they're taking care of all housing expenses. Should I put the total sum of all that into account or just what I would be spending? Because I am a server, my income is very flexible so will a broad average work for that? And I plan to go back to school so should I take that into account with my expenses? even if you leave with your parents, you still have expenses, your parents just take care of them. calculate all your expenses. since you are not in school at the moment that is not an expense. and yes, a broad average will work for your income.
4.) I can prove that I've been here through school records and after that with pay and bank statements. Should I print every single one of those(which would be two statements per month for two years for my pay and average four pages of one month of statements for a total two years worth) or just one per year? Thanks! you can do one per month, leaving them with absolutely no doubt at all.
i hope you are still around, so i will try and answer your question. they are in bold

So I'm filling out my little brother's DACA forms and I noticed his B2 Visa (Tourist Visa) had an expiration date till June 2015. He came here when he was 9 years old, now he is 16. However, his I-94 expired long ago. Does it still mean he has overstayed his Visa?

Okay, this will sound like a really silly question

I am seriously lost on what are the requirements, I am mixed about what we need.

From what I understand is

Proof of Identity
Proof of being brought here before 15
Proof of Continunous Residency from June 15,2007 to Present
Proof of Being Present on June 15,2012
Proof of Being present on August 15,2012

Is this right?

Do we also need Proof of economic necessity for applying for I-765WS?

Did anyone include one?
