AFTER USCIS website lets you know that your EAD has been mailed, then you can go ahead and call USCIS costumer service, they're going to transfer you to level2 help, then they'll be happy to give you the tracking #.


USCIS will only use USPS.

how long is it after they mail it to get it? do they use prioity?

Can someone walk me through which options you pushed during the automated portion of the phone call? I push the logical ones for what i need and end up getting more automated messages telling me what the status of the case is lol I cant figure out what I'm doing wrong.

So I already received my daca approval letter but I have not received my card. It got mailed on October 30. They say they don't have any tracking number and even though it says my card was mailed out, technically it hasn't yet according to the level 2 agent I talked to. Has anyone or is anyone in same situation as mine? My friend got his mailed out same day as me and he did get it 2 days later from the same service center in Texas. What concerns me is that they might have forgotten to send it to me.

My brother's got approved 10/31 and received his card on 11/04. The envelope in the mail had a tracking number.

Well did he ever call to get a tracking number?

No. It came with the USPS delivery confirmation sheet that the card was attached to. I guess they have tracking numbers for all cards being mailed but if you want to know it you have to call and they will give it to you.

Yeah I called and they told me they are not sure if mine got mailed out or not because they don't see a tracking number even though I got the update that my card was mailed on October 30. I'm just wondering if people here that got approved if they went through the same thing. I'm like freaking out.
