so I still haven't gotten my EAd in the mail. called the post office and they don't know who has it!! omg just my luck!! its lost!! what do i do???

i called the post office and the man said we don't who has it at this time I have to ask the mail man in your route. He told me that yesterday. I called today and he said they don't have it... I'm soo mad!! Idon't know what to do either.
