OP , I was also worried that they might not accept my documents because my ead and ssc has my two last name. All my other documents has only one. I was annoyed when I got my ead because I didn't apply with my two last name. The dmv I went didn't give me any trouble.

Also, a gallon of milk is $2.99 at Trader Joe's!

Just went to the DMV today using I-797 Approved, Work Authorization Card, Social Security Card, and College Transcripts and ID.

Had all points, however, when they tried verifying the I-797 and Work Authorization they could not find anything in the "INS System" as I was told. They said it could take an hour to up to 30 days to verify it.

Any one else have this issue at the dmv?

Well, for one thing, INS no longer exists. It is now DHS.
