Well I am trying to figure out a way to obtain a 5 year license in Ma or any other state instead of the 2 year license. Please check my list and give feedback, thank you. I would like to use a bank statement which is valid for form of identification , but for the DOB i would like to use a passport, but I can't since I don't have a valid visa on it,( i'll try maybe) instead I could use a original and translated birth certificate since it's one of the options. I am not sure if it will work since it may be for people with double citizenship. For proof of signature I pretend on using the selective service card. I know it may not work, so I'll have the employment authorization card for backup. I will still be very happy with the 2 year one since I know I'll be able to renew it, but if i can get the 5 year one why not? Any ideas will be appreciated thank you very much!

From the MA DMV website: http://www.mass.gov/rmv/license/id_brochure.pdf

I got my MA license 2 weeks ago, i transferred from another state though. I used my original birth certificate and the translated version, my old license, and a couple of letters with my address from USICS itself to prove residency in the state.

I think another member mentioned it is the 5 years DL they got with DACA in MA.From the requirements doesn't seem too difficult.

1. DACA EAD would prove legal presence

2. No. 6A would prove residence in the State

3. No. 6 Date of Birth

4. No.13 Signature

Now maybe he only got a 5 year license because he already had a license? He didn't show his EAD by the way.
