that being said, I am (as many others) very uncertain about I-765WS. I have a good job and make a good living. I am weary weary regarding this worksheet. It seems like most of the applicants here are high school kids with no income and college tuition savings as their expenses. I am wondering what the approval stats are like for the "older" dreamers that have good income, married, house, car etc.

I am hoping to go back to grad school next year so I my expenses would easily exceed my income, I also help out my family back home by sending money (which I have receipts that I would include).

I guess my question is, do you think someone that makes a good living $55K and up, could get approved as long as his expenses exceed his income?

can some of you guys that put big numbers on your applications shine in as to whether you were approved or not?

thank you in advance for your advice!!!

My fear is the same.. I put a decent income on the I765WS and I'm wondering if USCIS thinks I don't need it as fast. I can't quite understand as I qualify for DACA approval in every way and should have been approved.

2 months and 9 days since app and 1 month 4 days since Bios.. I wish USCIS would just approve me so I can get a DL and update my SS card to valid for employment.

I've been part of this forum for about 5 weeks and I know there are a few who haven't been approved yet and I'm sorry I can't really say anything to make you feel better as I know how shitty it must feel. Hope there is a mass approval happening before this weekend. Fingers crossed!

It went into production last friday (November 2nd) I don't think I'll be waiting the 10 business days because most people say they didnt wait. I'm planning to get a print out to go take my permit test sometime next week

A lot of Dreamers here have been making over 60K+ and they have been approved. Just be thorough in your explanation about your current status, and how an EAD would help you. Be sure to include future goals (grad school). No matter the income, everyone has expenses.

Congrats! It must be a great feeling checking your case status online only to find out you've been approved!

I just called them and they said the wait should be of 4-6 months....blah blah blah...i should expect an answer from dec 24 to feb 24...just shoot me now. They said it is a case by case and depends on the person, now my friends and I all have pretty much the same history, overstayed visa all of us are 28-29 years old with a high school diploma. I dont understand why I have to wait much longer than them...oh and we are all from the same country of origin, live in the same state and went to the same bio place and our cases are being processed in the same SC...
