For those that were mailed out their EAD, what's the meaning of this?

So I had emailed them that I have not gotten a tracking number yet. It was mailed out on October 30 and seeing how people get their card right away of course I'm freaking out because I have not received it yet. I had called a level 2 on Monday but said they don't have a tracking number available because it hasn't been mailed yet or that they are not really sure what happened.

So as you can see, I'm starting to think something went wrong. Usually for those of you that get an update of card mailed out do you guys get it within 3 days? And have you ever gotten a tracking number? My Co worker got hers in 2 days after that update of card mailed out. Anyway, I emailed the Texas Service Center instead about the whole tracking number thing and this is what they said

You currently have a service request pending that is less than 15 days old.* This office only accepts an inquiry at the Email account after the initial service request has exceeded 15 days.* When 15 days have elapsed since you registered a request for service and you have not received a response, you may contact us again using the provided referral tracking number.* This information is important and will assist us in better serving you.

So yeah kinda confused lol. I would appreciate any input into this. I know I'm gonna get "another thread for this" or "you are too anxious" but the thing is, I'm too worried right now

Try calling again. It'll be a long wait, but it's worth waiting for. I was on hold yesterday for 35mins, but got the tracking number really fast plus the lady was super nice

Well that's the thing. They don't have a tracking number available for me and they don't even know why.

This is what I mean. I should have gotten it already and worst thing is, since they don't see a tracking number they are not sure if they mailed it out or not. Wow, not even them know what's going on. I have a feeling I'm gonna have to reapply again or schedule an info pass. I hope other people don't have to go through this. They probably did make my card but left it there and forgot to mail it out. That's all I can think of.

I got aproved just two days ago and yesterday I got email and text saying my card has been picked up by USPS and should get it within 7 days.

Edit: I did not ask for any tracking #'s or anything, I just asked for my case updates only.

Yeah that's what usually happens. This confirms to me that they forgot to send me my card

I think this is why some cases are taking soooo long to get approved .....they do it on purpose when you bug them with silly questions....I do the same thing in the restaurant I work in as a host when ppl bug me with questions on how long till they get seated, despite the fact tha I told them how long it was going to take just a few minutes ago, I make them wait longer than they would.....evil lol yes
