that being said, I am (as many others) very uncertain about I-765WS. I have a good job and make a good living. I am weary weary regarding this worksheet. It seems like most of the applicants here are high school kids with no income and college tuition savings as their expenses. I am wondering what the approval stats are like for the "older" dreamers that have good income, married, house, car etc.

I am hoping to go back to grad school next year so I my expenses would easily exceed my income, I also help out my family back home by sending money (which I have receipts that I would include).

I guess my question is, do you think someone that makes a good living $55K and up, could get approved as long as his expenses exceed his income?

can some of you guys that put big numbers on your applications shine in as to whether you were approved or not?

thank you in advance for your advice!!!

Sorry for bringing this back from the dead but I never really got a concrete answer

There is no real way to tell.. I put $50K on my I765WS and now I feel a bit regretful for doing so.. My attorney said she cannot help me in filling this portion and that I needed to fill it out with whatever I wanted.. Doesn't seem like very sound advice for $800..

Some guy put in like 40k income and got approved. My lawyer told me that it doesn't matter how much you make, immigration knows that we gotta live somehow. So i wouldn't hesitate to apply.

This. Pretty much if you are eligible for DACA according to the guidelines, you are going to get the work permit.
