i commited a felony as a minor do i still qualify ?

When i was 15 i was arrested and sent to juvenile detention for a 2nd degree felony,.does that disqualify me for the dream act?

if you took biometric when you went jail, than you will not going to be qulitifly
but! If you DIDNT took biometric on jail, than you are fine.

I'd talk to an attorney before trying to apply.. did you have a lawyer when you plead guilty/no contest? Its really pricey to try to fight a past conviction.

Well what happened was that they detained me for four days until i had a little hearing in which i was told that i was to be sent to an alternative school for one school year. I never really spent much time in the detention facility. They asked me a couple of questiona concerning my nationality and took my finger prints but that's it.

Oh no don't think i was trying anything to endanger anyone, i was just giving it to some kid and they found it in my jacket after school
