Cant login to my uscis account

Yea, just like the title says, and if i ask for a password or username be sent to my email address, i get nothing. what do i do ?

I have been experiencing the same problem. This is the error message that I get:

Validation Error(s)
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

* Login failed. Your User ID and/or Password are invalid.
* Multiple duplicate SRs already exist for the customer.

I know that my User ID and Password are correct. I am not sure what the "multiple duplicate SRs" is. This has been going on now for a couple of days. I can still check my application through the check my case status link but it is worrisome that I can login to my personal account.

same here... i've given up w their system.

Same thing happen to me when I tried from my labtop. I never got any email. Funny thing is that when I tried with my Iphone even though I never got any email, I was able to Log IN. I know. So weird.

I know my username but i cant remember my password exactly since it needed a capital letter and number.... I click wherebit says forgot password and it gives me a clue, which doesn't help at all.

It works from the PC but not my phone
