I have WA DL but dont live there, and my some evidence have that address, should I put in apps?
Did you list that specific address on your application as one of the places you have lived before? If you did not, I advise against it as they might send you an RFE that evidences are misleading or superficial.

I think he should on the last section of places where he has lived... Make sure it matches your evidence! For example if you lived there from 2010-2011 then your banks statements or whatever should have that address from 2010-2011

On mine I also added in bold with an asterisk. That information that covered large spans of time was highlited.

I also numbered all my evidence. But I think you have a pretty solid app.

If you want your application to be approved faster don't make them take up time looking at paperwork they aren't asking for.

Also, I just read another thread where someone's friend got an RFE because they sent in their consular ID. Maybe you can add a school ID if you have one. It wouldn't hurt.
