Nope, I called the day after I did mine and the FBI said they returned them to USCIS that day so that theory goes out the window .....

I believe that is only part of the bio, i am sure they await further clearance from other agencies. just a thought, nothing to back it up with.

Hey guys, did you get an I 797 for employment authorization? I haven't gotten an I 797 approval for employment authorization yet. Got the card last week.
Is it normal?

Ditto. Its definitely the officer. He/She keeps procrastinating by taking on easier applications. Bunch of BS. They need to understand this is an administrative action and give more priority. Why were some people approved literally 5-10 days after biometrics and others have to wait for over 45-50 days? Something doesn't add up.

Hey 2face, also in CT. Sent my application on 8/15... can u guys believe it! A few thousand have been approved while our application just sits there.

Have no freakin idea why. I have no criminal history - not even a parking ticket. I was brought here when I was 8 and have been living here for the past 16 yrs - uninterrupted. Sent 60 pages of documents (every single monthly bank statement from 2005 to 2012; expired passport with visa with I-94, current valid passport, hs transcript and diploma, school records from 3rd grade til hs; etc). Biometrics was done on scheduled date (9/13). Have a very uncommon last name (Italian) - so they can't be confusing me with someone else. So I've run out of theories on what the f*ckin problem is.

U know what I think... I think that the SOB that was assigned my (our) case is prob an arrogant anti-immigrant type and is just taking his/her sweet time. Theyre just gonna sit on it as long as they can.

What's good brah? Where bouts in CT you from? Yes, it is incredible indeed. Your case is even older than mine and I thought I have it bad. Just hang tight, I'm sure your time is coming. There are few dreamers on here from CT already approved. Maybe your case and mine are with the same person. Or maybe its the amount of proof we went. I sent only top page of every month bank statement from the years 2010-Present. You somewhat validate part of my theory that applications are being adjudicated according to geographic areas. Look at the LINS around yours. Are you completely isolated or are there any other "Still Under Initial Reviews" ?
