How big was your package? Any trouble with the law before?

I plan on giving them a call today after work. Lets see what happens.

yes and i overstayed never in trouble with the law not even one ticket at all ever. and i cant rememeber how big the packet was but i had strong evidence but i hope i get approved or atleast an RFE

i called them last week when i hit 77 days and they couldnt do a service request till it was 91 days out of processing time i told him it was based on deferred action and he said it was fine that to call back in 90 or 91 days and do a service request so now im waiting till NOV 20 or 21 to call and do a service request. because it will be 90 days on nov 20 for me.

I just received a text at 8am CST from USCIS stating that my DACA has been approved. The EAD is still in initial review but I am sure it will be approved soon. My timeline is in my signature and I am willing to answer any questions you may have about my petition. This truly is one of the best feelings of my life.. I don't know about others, but I was constantly expecting so when I heard my text message and email alert go off simultaneously, I knew it. When I saw the text message, my eyes shed a few tears because only I know what I have been through the past 16 yrs and I hope to change the lives of my family forever.. I know this wait is agonizing and there is not much I can say except that keep expecting it any minute.

Last but not least, I almost feel like apologetic to fashionfreak, sgt peppers, 2face, iwanttodothiscorrectly and I hope your approvals come today or this week at the latest..

Its 75 days for me today so I'll give them a call. I expect them to tell me the same thing..call back in 15 days when the total wait time has reached 90 days. Or if luck is on our side, we'll be approved before that.

What has your lawyer said about this because this is unusually long? Tell him/her to deal with it. You have to make your legal fee count here. I'm sure they can't really sway USCIS but you never know. A lawyer carries major weight behind an application. In fact tell the lawyer to call for you. Don't do it yourself. They clearly ask you in the beginning whether its a professional calling on behalf of a client.
