See this is the problem of you noobs. Just because you sent records from 2004-2009 it doesnt really prove much evidence. What i did was from my record from 2005-2009 I specifically did it by year. All records for 2005 are put together in a paperclip same as 2006 2007 2008.

Maybe you should organize your form a lot better and write a note dating which documents are of which date.

@DreamBig09 I got you man, and I wish I could have done it that way, but in my case I dont have much proof of being in this country, other than my school records. Now, the reason why am saying they are dumb, is just out of frustration, because they cannot possibly ask ONLY for proof of residence for the year 2007 and not the rest, when all I have given to them was my school transcripts and a couple more documents. That's what makes no sense whatsoever.

Along with transcripts, I went to my Elementary, Middle, and High school and got a letter that said verification of enrollment or something like that. For each school, they listed my name, my parents name, my student ID number, and the dates I was enrolled in that specific school. I got 3 letters with the school's seal that said:

Elementary School: August (?) 1999 to June 4, 2004
Middle School: August 16, 2004 to May 31, 2007
High School: August 27, 2007 to June 9, 2011

Try to resubmit it bud and make sure you label them with a tag dating it.

Also if you can go to your school and ask for report card records for that year would help as well.

Don't sweat it. All I sent for the 5 year presence was my High School and College transcripts. And a letter from my HS dated June 15, 2007 luckily.

Now here is how it gets funny. I sent my High School transcripts dating from Summer 2004( I did a special summer program) to June 2009 when I graduated High school.
How can they tell me I dont have "ANY" evidence from 2007... did a freaking ghost go to school for me that year?
Now, what do you guys recommend I should do? Can I attach a letter saying that they might have overlooked my H.S transcripts and attach some new ones?
Please help me.
God bless
My brother got the same thing and he sent his offical transcript, was your transcript *official*?, meaning it was inside an evelope sealed?, im starting to think since early on the process everything is scanned to a computer that they didn't actually open the offical transcript envelope, instead they only scanned the envelope.
