Well, how exactly is the lawyer going to produce important evidence that she needs?

The evidence she/he have is not enough.... USCIS will Not accept affidavits to prove the b4 16 requirement I'm so sorry... That disqualifies you

- proof showing 5 year continous presence ( phone bills)
Is this all you have for the whole 5 years? Do have kids?? Since phone bill are weak evidence you could use 2 affidavits to support that evidence...

Hi friends thank u all for replying and giving me some sense and idea here.

BUT TO BE HONEST I DON'T WANT TO LIE BUT WAS 15 WHEN I CAME BUT I DON'T HAVE N E PROOF OTHER THAN AFFIDAVITS.

The problem of all this are my damn cruel cousins who didn't send me school saying that i need SSN for addmission.

I didn't had any cell phone back then so i don't have any pics or didn't take in camera either , people had just took my advantage of me big time. In my community its not like spanish community where people will help each other of same community. I n our community they just want to put in trouble and don't want to progres in U.S they r all jealaous, n cruel n don't want to help anyways.My cousins sucks n they r going to hell for sure.

I have continues 5 years proof like cable bill,phone bill, bank statements etc.

I have valid passport.

birth certi. with english translation.

Although I really feel for your harsh situation, I don't think you can take advantage of this DACA opportunity if all you have to prove your presense in the states before your 16th birthday is two pieces of affidavit. Proving the "entered before turning 16 years old" part has been the least of most of DACA applicants since they had attended public school upon entry and/or had some very solid evidences such as I-94 or hospital immunization records. In your case, however, there is bascially no way of proving whether you were here before your 16th birthday, and, since the "entered before 16 and is not 31 as of June 15" part being the most crucial part of the requiremnt, you will definitely have a hard time setting up your application.

If I were you, I will try to gather more evidences. Some says that having too much information will slow down your application process, but I don't think the same logic will ever apply to your case. You may consult your case with an immigration lawyer.

I think you are getting there. But, I would explicitly point out the evidence for June 15, 2012. since that is an important date.

IV (whatever order you want it in). Proof of presence June 15, 2012.
Second I see a gap between August 2008-July 2009.
