That is strange, and inconvenient. At least your case was looked over. I guess it depends on the officer. I sent only two documents as proof of residence between 2007 - 2012. I sent my High School and College transcripts. Those years covered (amazingly enough) 2007 - 2010, and 2010 - 2012. All summers were gapped. But, they were smart enough to know I did not leave. I hope you get it corrected soon. Send a letter saying they did not catch it, and send extra residency documents.

Yes calling them dumb will get you approved a lot quicker! People do their job differently and they are humans and not robots! Anyways just try to collect other things for that date and hey they might have overlooked it! What I did was highlight the dates and my name on things among other stuff. So yea now you know they've actually looked through your packet. Good luck!

You shouldn't have highlighted anything.

From the USCIS website:

"We use special scanners to read your forms and documents. The scanners will not properly read information that is greyed out, highlighted or corrected using correction fluid or tape."

oh wow....... they take our evidence, put it in some scanner and someone just views on the computer. OP did by any chance, did you leave yours on the envelop when you asked for them?

I didnt send mine but included just 1 Progress report for each year, but looking at this thread, I am gonna add more for 2007.

I sent both undergraduate and grad school transcripts sealed in envelope and got approved, so I believe they do open it if sent sealed.

They were sealed as well. I am thinking maybe the envelope fell, they lost it, they never opened it... whatever....yet that doesnt explain why are they not asking for evidence for 2008, and 2009 since I also used my transcripts as proof for those years, you get me... WHYYYYY ONLY 2007? I even made them a nice little introduction sheet explaining what paper was supporting what evidence... Gotta get this solved right now in my high school at 8am...then sending that RFE back "faster than expressEST" lol

Send your high school transcript again and maybe have some of your teachers or counselors write you an affidavit. Also, write a cover letter explaining that was you could send.

Did your proof from 2007 specifically cover the date/time period of June 15, 2007? Including at least 2 Affidavits will certainly help as well like Shiro13 said.
