She just got approved this morning. Cali Service Center. All you that have been negative about the 75-90 days could fuck off!

I just did the request myself.
Hopefully they'll get them to look at my case.

Hey.

No, never had any contact with immigration. I'm a visa overstay. Never had an a# either.

I called the national customer service # (1-800-375-5283). Went through the prompts - I chose report a problem with your application. The USCIS guy went over my info and I explained to him that I was on day 90 and wanted to file a service request, since I was still on initial review. He asked for the receipt number, name, address, contact phone #s, email, etc. He gave me a receipt number for the request (T1B319120xxxxNSC). He said I should receive an answer within the next few days, since I was past "regulatory timeframe". He said if I did not hear back and was still on initial review, I should call back and request an interim EAD. So now I'm back to waiting...

And the 90 days is from the day they received your application (you can see the date they received your app under initial review).

Did you not include your A number in your original application? I included mine. I have an old case too but not deportation order. I think I am lucky. EOIR doesn't have any information on me. But I did include my old A number like I was told to do.

can you see how your confusing people. Go back and read your comments.
A service request can be filed 75 days after a properly filed I-765.
An interim EAD is requested differently. You are not eligible for an interim EAD until DACA is approved.

Uhm, maybe you should read his comments more clearly. They told him if he was STILL IN INITIAL REVIEW (daca NOT approved), he could call and ask for an interim EAD.

I don't understand why everyone gets so pissed off at this. If it benefits him, it benefits you too! Regardless of what the site says, you should be GLAD this is how they're doing it.would you rather be waiting 4-6 months over 75 days?!? I know I wouldn't. And I'm for sure glad people on here have shared this information. You should be too.
