Just curious, what did you include in the 'additional' information section, if anything, that your sister did not?

What if you don't have an income? ...Do you still have expenses? My brother for example, he's a College freshman, no job, therefor no income, yet he still has to pay tuition (my parents pay for it) should he have put

0 income
0 expenses (?)
Yes, thats exactly what i put and I explained clearly why I dont have income and who pays my personal expenses and how hard it is for them to keep up with hence my nessecity to work to support myself. I got approved.

My sister and I both didn't write anything for that section and yet I get approved, she gets her i821d approved first and get her i765 RFEd like two weeks later. WTF USCIS?!

Well, getting approved for the I-821D doesn't mean your I-765 will be approved.

To be approved for the EAD, you need to show "economic necessity." If you aren't working and you put zero income, and if your parents are paying for your expenses and you put zero expenses, will that show economic necessity? You have no expenses right? Why would you need to work?
You clearly dont understand the issue. So please stop. You dont need to link me on a babies expenses when I myself have a child. If my child took credit for the expenses his father spend on his needs i' d be pretty pissed.

So which one is it? Do you have expenses or not? Why would you need to write down who pays your expenses? I thought they weren't your expenses if you don't have income?

Get your story straight.

Exactly, I mean, the fact that YOU don't pay for your expenses doesn't mean you don't have any.

Meh, who knows, worked out for you, so it doesn't matter really.

hm i guess this is proof that the two applications are handled separately. hence why some people have been daca approved with eads still under initial review, and vice versa (in my case, check my timeline). keep us updated, let us know what your sister's rfe is for!

You'll have to wait for the RFE, things will be explained in further detail.

Perhaps she was randomly selected to provide 'proof' of expenses? Receipts, etc? I'm only speculating here.
