Anyone not approved from CA SC??

I've been waiting 46 days since approved for DACA and 88 days since accepted EAD/DACA.

I've been waiting 81 days since they received my app 51 days since bios. I just got off the phone with USCIS and the rep told me I'm stuck on the background check. I started the conversation with a question about the "75 days" (even though I know other people on here have tried) and she told me that it's 75 days after Deferred Action is approved. I wanted to give it a shot though. And she also told me the same thing about the 4-6 month processing time and I asked her when she thought I should call back if I haven't received a response and she said that if I haven't heard anything after 5 months to call her back and "they'll see what they can do". She also verified that this is all from the date they received my application and not the bios date.

I hope it's not much longer considering it's another 2 and half months till the 5 month mark.
