I suppose it is safe to assume that approvals and such under a given month are not strictly from that same month.

Thank you!! I only signed on to post what you just did. Be patient people.

And also.. November intake, it only shows the intake of 2 weeks... which makes a lot of sense why the number is low.

Yes and Yes. People keep assuming its a paper file sitting at someones desk. It is not it is electronic and it is flagged a certain way in the system.

People study this stuff. Information systems and management. Because of high fraud in the 90s this stuff has high fraud controls. So, yeah doesn't matter when you send it your information is going to be reviewed through a certain process.

I've been trying to tell people this. USCIS has a computer-based file management system. Your file is not sitting under someone else's. Your file and evidence are routed to an adjudicator after your background check comes back clear. That's why people are getting RFE's after they do biometrics.

Case Review category....Under Review....”Cumulative Total” is wrong. It has the same number from November. It should be 259772.

If that's the case, I would love to know why I haven't been reviewed yet. What criteria is keeping my application "below the pile" since August? Squeaky clean background and extremely solid evidence.

Actually, that number may be progressive from August through November.

The chart is very poorly done.

You and I think we have solid evidence they might not. You could have a similar name to someone. People have been receiving RFE's for the weirdest reasons.
