Thats exactly what I thought. And yes JJ you are right. They'd denied him right away.

Yeesss. He technically did. You got another strong point since he is missing more than a decade of school. I dont think the officer reviewing the case be dumb enough, go figure. Hopefully (not to be mean) but he gets convinced not to apply for his own good.
