hoping to apply for it soon :D a little about me

hey people, my name is juan, from chile, and like all of you i am trying to apply for the deferred action.

at first i held off because of the fear of romney becoming the next president, but since that is not an issue anymore, i have issue of money but i am saving my pennies

i do have all my papers tho, i came here with a tourist visa, so i have my passport, my i94, bank account statements, highschool diploma/transcripts and college transcripts. i have a problem tho since i have no paper or anything that shows that i was here as of june 15, that is kind of worrying me.

anyhow, i meet all other requirements, so i am exited and hoping this works out for me

so yeah that, i hope that this works out for me and i can become a little less illegal, and hopefully one day i can become a citizen of this awesome country

It doesn't have to be on the exact day, if you have any sort of document that proves you were here maybe couple of days before and after June 15, you should be good

Great! but you also need something before June 15 (a couple days before June 15)

Do you have any school transcript that covers june 15th?

Oh geez I'll have to see :/ because at that time I had to skip a semester due to not being able to pay for it... do online bank account statement qualify?

And I need to save the money I only have like 130 saved so far. I hopefully can do it asap

Yes but I wanna avoid that because I might not be able to give it back soon enough. My disposable income is really small.
