Honestly their RFE's are a joke.. Like when they'll send a RFE for someone with an overstayed visa from a country that's 4000 miles away for like a month gap.. Honestly if someone left how the fuck would they be able to get back in.. I could see them issuing the EWI's RFE's for gaps but they don't realize if you leave you can't come back in

You translate the Birth Certificate yourself or just about anyone who is fluent in the two languages. (SEARCH the forum)

Stop being a lazy whore and go get the documents you need. Get this over with as soon as possible.

Sneaking in and back from neighboring countries (Canada and Mexico) is i think they've considered.

I'm sorry what are you complaining about? Be thankful they looked over your application while other people wait. Get the documents they want and send them back in. Stop being ungrateful at least we have this opportunity.

It's better if you get your birth certificate translated by someone with credentials. In my case, I took mine to the local place where I do my taxes and they went ahead and notarized it for me. It just makes it look professional and more credible.

Doesn't matter, they want everything, even if the violation/misdemeanor was removed from your record.

Trust me I feel you. My lawyer said it best "don't ever underestimate the stupidity of USCIS". In my case I sent all the proof with my lawyer. I got a RFE for me to prove that I was in the US from June 2009 to February 2012. Trust me I was pissed my lawyer was pissed cuz we sent that my transcripts cover that exactly and they funny thing is I sent official transcripts which clearly show my grades from fall 2009-spring 2012. I have to hand it to uscis what smart people they got working there. Btw I'm from the Middle East there is no way of me coming back. COMMON SENSE is what USCIS lacks.
