Hello everybody I just came back from seeing my lawyer and I got the best news to share with you guys!!! Ok I already have my EAD card, DL, SS card...
My lawyer told me that if I marry my current girlfriend, that there is a way I can adjust my status!!! First I would have to marry her. Then *one of my grandparents in Mexico would have to get a letter from their doctor stating that they are ill and that they need to see me (before they pass away). Once I get that letter I would get a special permit to exit the USA and be able to come back. Heres the deal, when you come back (she said to only leave 2-3 weeks) you would come through the border with inspection therefore I would be able to adjust my status through my wife after coming back in the country with inspection (LEGALLY)

I am going to start this whole process ASAP and I will keep you guys updated. She is a good ass lawyer. Anybody who lives in Northern California (San Francisco to be exact) and would like her info let me know in a message. She is the best!!!

Yes, this has been posted before, except it was with a TPS case.

Good luck, keep us updated.

I don't know how that works, just do your research before you do it.

Well she's the expert here. She has plenty of immigration experience (over 20) so I trust her very much with whatever she tells me. She actually was the one that helped me with my DACA packet.

If you are let back in successfully with Advance Parole, you won't have to leave when you try to Adjust your Status. It will be like a Visa Overstay, they don't have to leave because they were lawfully allowed to enter.

The hard part is being let back in.
