Its a complicated process, but yes you can if your able to get the advanced parole and come back with inspection. You will be able to adjust your status being married with a US citizen

I had a record as a minor and she said I would be fine.
(everybody said not to apply because I would get deported)
and now I have a work permit for 2 years...

Ah okay, so you are over 18 and have accrued Unlawful Presence.

It will be interesting to see how Border Patrol handles DACA Applicants with Unlawful Presence and Advance Parole.

USCIS rules state that you may be denied entry because of the Unlawful Presence, so we shall see.
