I understand what you mean. But even good ass lawyers sometimes can't do anything about someone who is already outside of The country. Good luck! For people who came without inspection that would be wonderful. It's a big risk though...I came with inspection but if I were in your situation I would probably wait until Obama s term is more than half way through. Because I believe he will give daca beneficiaries a green card soon enough ...and then you don't have to go through the stress and fear while your still in your home country. I myself wouldn't enjoy my time out of the country knowing I could be denied re entry... Best of luck!
