Yes, that will work for a while until someone submits a Service Request and is approved within the time it's processing and they will claim the Service Request worked. lol. Then we will be back to square one.

I don't believe it, therefore, it isn't true.

Don't blame the people blame the system... If they let us file for service request, ppl would doing cuz there is a chance that it might expedite the process or get them to take a look at our application... The solution would be that USCIS would trained their ppl better about this new process, DACA!

Uh JJ is not a lone crusader. Its a FACT. http://dreamact.info/forum/showpost....6&postcount=48

If you guys have a problem with comprehension then file that request and when it gets to a senior adjudicator it will be denied. If i spread a rumor saying that after your 10th call to the USCIS, they will process your request. About 75% of you will go for it.

Yes, the 90 day works for people who DO NOT have DACA. After your 821D gets approved, you CAN then wait 90 days to see if your 765 gets processed or file a service request. But if they havent looked at your application at ALL, why would they all of a sudden respond to a request for them to look at it. Common sense...just think about it, the point of the service request is because your application WAS looked at, and its taking very long and holding up the process. If your application hasnt been looked at, at all...then why would they all of a sudden make a special request to look through their 100k piles of apps (that have not been looked at) to find yours?

I wasn't aware that the 90 days started after DACA approval...
I hope this doesn't affect me adversely.

It won't.

The Service Request just won't go through to the Service Center. It will be denied and you will get an e-mail stating that you need to be approved for the I-821D first.

Nope, its not 4-6 months if your service center is CA.
