Driver's license and State ID

I'm planning to apply for state ID and driver's license and wondering if we could apply both state ID and driver's license together on the same day.

Do we have to fill out two forms or can we just put two check marks on both state ID and driver's license?

I will bring EAD, SSC, passport, consular ID. would that be enough?

Well before you can get your DL. You need a leabers permit once you take s computerized test. While you you're there just ask for an ID. The go take your drivers test

Look up your state. In Illinois you can have both on same day and we don't need no stinkin' permit.
