Yes, the 90 day works for people who DO NOT have DACA. After your 821D gets approved, you CAN then wait 90 days to see if your 765 gets processed or file a service request. But if they havent looked at your application at ALL, why would they all of a sudden respond to a request for them to look at it. Common sense...just think about it, the point of the service request is because your application WAS looked at, and its taking very long and holding up the process. If your application hasnt been looked at, at all...then why would they all of a sudden make a special request to look through their 100k piles of apps (that have not been looked at) to find yours?
I agree. I meant he was a lone Crusader because he was trying so hard to end the myth when most people gave up.

i think Vermont, Nebraska, and Texas Service Centers are slow at processing DACA comparing to California service center were dreamers who applied in October getting approved in less 30 days time frame.
