That is a good question especially considering CT is a blue state, has enacted the CT Dream Act, and immigrants are viewed favorably. Select ID program was initiated a few months ago thus if we had been able to obtain a DL/ID in Feb there would have been no issue regarding the "Not for Federal ID" mark. |
