Any August Applicants still not approved?

I sent my packet like 90 days ago.

After walk-in biometrics on September 14th, haven't heard a word from USCIS.

In online, it keeps saying "initial review"

It makes me wonder what takes this long...

Be patient.. I sent mine in 8/15 and waited for my bio 9/24 I just got a RFE the other day.. Remember ever since Obama got re-elected there's been a spike in applications so the normal 90 days is no longer going to be the norm expect 4 months at least

Even with the spike of applications, they should be working on cases they already have instead of starting brand-new ones.
