This is true concerning the states but there is conflicting information with regards to its territories.I think individuals should see a legitimate lawyer well versed in immigration law for their own individual inquiry.

i know that! but i say thats a fine line btwn going ''through'' immigrations & customs and having immigration agents at any airport, dont mean to scare anyone but i tend to assume they have immigration agents at all airports just incase they are needed.

I feel that if is a U.S. territory, all you would need is your state ID to travel, but I'm not entirely sure. It would make sense that if you travel in those territories, you are technically in the United States. I would check with USCIS, not only once, but numerous times to be sure.

okay okay, everyone is speculating out of thin air

rest your worries here from response from a lawyer
http://www.avvo.com/legal-answers/ca...t--923968.html

guys, US states and US territories do NOT require passports/visas to travel within the US.
You cannot get deported since we are granted deferred action.

That isn't what I meant,I mean there are some individuals here with Final and removal orders and not every situation is the same so the individual should get a lawyer qualified for their specific case.

If you're DL has Temporary Status written all over it, doesn't that red flag you as someone who is not a citizen or a LPR?
