Earlier this year I work with a fake SSN worked there for 6 months made about 4000 before taxes when I do my 2012 taxes now that I have my SSN and my new real job will I be able to claim those taxes?

Do you mean will you be able to get a refund for your withholdings? Maybe, depends if you're someone else's dependent kinda seems like you are since you only made about 4000. I'd say still file it's your money. Go to irs.gov and find a VITA site near you they'll do it for free.
