Congrats!! And to all of this week's approvals as well! I am a long way from getting my hands on my EAD but happy for all those who already have. We're on our way guys!

I need advice quick!!!
I submitted my application on September 26, got my biometrics date October 30, when will I get approved???!!! Ball park/ average approval estimate. I need my work permit by December 6th!!!!

I am very sorry, but there is none. Some people have been approved as little as 14 days after biometrics others applied August 15 and are still waiting. They have 4-6 months to make a decision on your case.

They already gave me an extension to my start date. I can't ask for another extension. I am supposed to fly out for training on December 6th, I need it before then. I've been trying to stay positive but this is completely out of my hands. Its been about 24 days. I have a question, do they work on our cases on Saturdays, or is it just strictly Monday through Friday?

Nice! Congrats, use it well! I also live in Union County. Hopefully I'll be approved soon.

Im like all of you but my situation is a little diffrent I'm working at a heavy job atm and it's a pain in the @$$ i want the permit already so i can quit everything and actually work at companies that offer benefits.
