Fake SSN as Evidence

Did anybody use there W2 as edivendce or any document that you can see a social security number that isnt yours (fake social)? Such as your taxes, paycheck. D

I ask this because my lawyer advice me to not include anything that has a fake social but now I have a RFE...

You have no choice if that's all you have you must sent that.. Whats on the RFE letter?

I still havent received it though, I checked online, but Im guesing its that.

I used all my tax returns (no W-2) though as evidence and also a paystub as proof that I was present on June 15th and it has the last 4 # of the ssn I'm working with.

Is it a faken though?

Yea. You didn't list that # you're working with in your application right? I forgot which for asks any SSN you have used...but I didn't list it since its not legit, per say

No, I didnt list any becuase my lawyer said it wasnt assign to me, hence I didnt send my paystubs or tax returns because they obtain partial or all the of it.

It should be ok to submit.Many individuals on here have submitted evidence or outright listed the number and have still been approved.USCIS knows that the undocumented have to survive some way and considering how many things require an SSN they would expect it in some form.

The only issue I've ever heard of DHS taking extremely seriously is buying and or using fake documentation not the issue of using made up numbers.

I think you should wait for the letter because they will be specific about what they want and include shipping directions.
