yeah i received my social security card 11/24/12! it was a surprise because i though i was probably going to get it this week. i also got a prinout 11/21/12 and applied the same day for my DL and CA ID

I have a question plz I went today to apply and they give me a print out and it say it could take 4 weeks is you guys the does your print out say how long it could take ?

i also got a ticket last year around november for driving without a license.. he stopped me for tailgating, the car infront of me was driving so slow i hate it when people see a cop and right away slow down anyway he was nice and told me to get my license and go to court when i did and i was only going to pay like $20 but ofcourse i couldn't get a license so i just paid the ticket.

yes on mine it said 2 weeks. but thats not a printout thats just you'r receipt.

What does your print out say cause mine say It could take up for 4 weeks

lol i know i would be fu**** frustrated if i was in your case. my brother applied with a lawyer and sent his package not that long ago and the lawyer told him he was for sure going to get approved by january. im like WTF do not belive her maybe feb or march. she must be delusional.

after you apply they give you a receipt that basically says you have applied for a social security card and that it will take XX weeks. A printout is a paper that has all your information including your actual social security number. wait at least 48 hrs to go get one

My fellow DAPers, On this day Nov 26th, 2012, my long vigil has come to an end and USCIS has informed me via their online system that my EAD has gone under production. THANK YOU TO THE GOOD LORD AND MY DAPers! Still awaiting my sisters confirmation!
