college financial aide now with daca?

I live in southern California, I know their is a "dream act" portion that was passed here, so for undocumented student could pay less, BUT I never knew that until recently, so I never filed for it at my school. I don't even know how it works. Anyways with our new ssn does this change too? Lie do we qualify for other types of financial aid? I can't talk to a counselor because their booked for the rest of the semester. -.- and to be honest I feel uncomfortable asking the financial aid people there...I feel like if I ask them about any of this they'll be ignorant. Gah and only 3 weeks left and the next semester begins in January...I'm gonna miss that financial dead line I think...

Why not email them if you feel uncomfortable in talking to them in person or on the phone?

I was able to apply and was awarded with the financial aid for Spring 2013, so at my CSU instead of paying $3200 I only have to pay around $500, the financial aid office helped me in filling out my application.
