what should i do to apply for achieve act? maybe i don't have to apply because when

You CAN NOT apply for achieve act as it has not pass through congress, they haven't even brought it to discussion on the floor.

In the case that a CIR pass through the senate and the house, then we would know the requirement to apply for benefits (if any given to us).

Also, as of right now, you can't not joint the military thus can't gain citizenship.

NOT A LAW YET.. NOT EVEN IN DISCUSSION ON THE SENATE AS OF RIGHT NOW.

NO, if you are referring to achieve act. But once again, it has not pass the senate nor the congress.

Where do people like OP get their news from? This is why this forum is filled with so many duplicate questions. Everyone has their own flavour of the truth in here.

There's some new activity on the 'news' section about this, and OP is already wanting to camp out to apply for something that hasn't even passed.

Yeah, I just finished reading the article once again. I don't see how anyone could misconstrue the message. I think this person is a troll. Just saw another troll thread in the Lobby. This place is being overrun.

People on here really need to stop jumping the gun and just relax, just take it one day at a time. This "Achieve Act" blueprint has been in the making over a year now, meaning most of the requirements were premeditate way before DACA.
