hey guys, congrats on the new approvals. Im frustrated at this point now. I hate to sound like this, but while I'm very happy for others that did their apps after me and got approved, I do envy them in a way. I mean, I sent my app in on Aug 18th, did my bios on the 12th (no walk-in), sent everything they need and still no EAD approvals. I just cant understand why people who did their apps at the middle and end of October already got approvals. I mean, I was in the first wave of applicants. Sometimes i think if did my app much later I should have been approved by now. Im sorry for venting my anger here guys, it's just Im really really desperate at this point.

Hang in there bro.. u r not alone. But I feel ur anger.

U should call uscis i mean u got ur daca approved right away!!!! N peoe in here say u cant have a work permit whithout daca approval, but i've seen a case where uscis gave them the work permit... So if u have daca u should have ur work permit...

It's only been a month since mine and im frustrated already Lol.

I know, but they keep giving me different answers. those people are not trained well.

You can have your permit without your approval, initially. "Prima Facie", if USCIS sees that your application meets qualifications, upon the first look of your of your packet, they can send you your permit because eventually they will approve your case. Therefore, sometimes they will not send an email nor update your status online, so just keep track of your mail you may be one of the applicants that are deemed Prima Facie.

Wow Daniel your the first i'v seen with that problem, it's ridiculous...
