Hello everyone I'm new here I just wanted to share my process time and I don't understand why they are taking long to process my case but my lawyer actually called USCIS 2 weeks ago and got an email today on my case this is what it said "Good morning,
USCIS records indicate that your cases are
currently assigned to an adjudication officer.
A copy of your lawyers G-28 and e-mail will be forwarded to the officer so the adjudication officer is aware of your situation. You will received a notice of action within 30 days from the date of this message, please contact us for
updates.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may
cause. The National Customer Service
Center's toll free number is 1-800-375-5283
or you may access the USCIS website at
www.uscis.govshould you have any further
questions or need additional information
Regards,
USCIS Nebraska Service Center
EX0357"

She said she called them and I don't remember what it was called I think a "Service request expedited"? But she did a request on my I821D and I-765. And she said she choose an option with them about "medical conditions" and it worked I'm so happy. Hopefully hear something within 30 days she had to fax proof of my medical conditions and doctors letters ect ect.

I applied for TPS about a year ago I received my EAD because upon first look my application looked as if it was going to get approved "prima facie", however, a few months later I received a denial letter deeming my permit invalid.

I have a question, I have not been able to check my case status since my bios which were on September 19th. Does anyone else have this problem? When I call they say some people just cannot see their case status but they assure me that my case is under review and there is nothing to worry about. I really wish I could check my case status online and get text updates like most of you

App Received: August 24 Nebraska (Sent from New Hampshire)
Bios done: September 19
EAD approval: Pending....
