I found this on a google search because I didn't even know what to do.
How did it turn out for you? I simply called and they said they'd respond within 5 days..
What did you have to go through?

i called them on the 5th day and they told me they sent out an email which of course i never received. The rep read it to me and it basically said to return my EAD, a copy of my I765 receipt and a copy of the I765 approval letter. They received it on Nov 1st they updated my case once again on Nov 7th saying that they had ordered the production of my card and on Nov 9th it was mailed to me. I received it on the 13th which technically would have been delivered Monday 12th but it was a holiday. I think over all it was pretty quick.

But they messed up the name on my receipt and biometric appointment letter.. I just didn't notice in time. I noticed it on the biometrics appointment letter and the guy who took my fingerprints fixed it on the computer but I guess they didn't notice. My middle name is K. they put J. D:
Do you mean the I821 approval letter? Because we don't get an approval letter for I765.

no, i received two approval letters one for the i821d and the other for the i765. My mistakes were on my i765 receipt, i765 approval letter, and the ead card

What did you guys say when you went to get your biometrics before your appointment? Did any of you had a problem or got sent back home? My appointment is until 01/03/2013 was planning on going tomorrow, the ASC center its like 10 mins aways from my house.
