Right!?

At least with 16 years old age limit , it's consistent with their federal adoption and other laws. and universally under 16 is considered a minor. (some states give 17 year old adult rights etc.)

But what's the difference between a 13 year old and a 14 year old? Other than a year? Aren't they both minors? LOL they are so full of hate they can't even hide it.

All you little turds can stay in the same boat you're in now. Ungrateful, entitled little pricks. It's because of people like you that the only thing that has been done for us in the passed decade is DACA, which is great, but still crap. You have the same pathetic, proud, childish attitude that the republicans have right now in congress, which is why NOTHING GETS DONE! Guess what you little wannabe gringo like attitude fakes, nothing will get done with us either because of you!

Now before you start with your little "well I have dignity" crap, do me a favor and shut the hell up!

So, let me get this straight.

You think this Achieve Act is good Idea?

Taking away your work permit from DACA, giving you a VISA, join the military or get a degree in order to be able to get your work permit back. Check in with DHS every 6 months.

This is a bill for students. As long as long I am a student I can work. Which a good bunch of dreamers are. Is not that the original "Dream Act" idea; for young immigrants who want to go to college? The bill grants a w-1 visa to those who qualify which the text in the bill itself says it allows us to work while in school. What more do you want? If a "Dreamer" isn't willing to go to school, is he/she really a dreamer? So the only difference it makes for me is that it actually grants me a visa instead of illegal status. It gives me a chance to permanent residency over many years, but a chance nonetheless. This is a whole lot better than anything we have now. It's simple, if someone doesn't like it, DON'T APPLY!

You're a troll brah. GTFO and get a hobby will you. You're the actual reason why shit doesn't get done and we always have to settle for one slice. The GOP is still enjoying the little power they have because of people like you who fall for their tricks. Even the sponsors of this bill don't want it to pass. Open your eyes lol.

No, you can't work with the W-1, you would need to apply for the W-2 non-immigrant work visa, after fulfilling the requirements for the W-1.

Have you read the bill? It says right on it that we can work while in school. Go back to the original post and read it.
