Input your EAD receipt number when prompted, when I spoke to the agent I let them know my EAD app has been pending for more than 90 days. I then let them know I would like to do a service request on my app to know whats going on with it. The agent did the service request then I asked if there was any way I could expedite my case and that I was willing to pay extra if I had to. He told me I could request to expedite the case if I had a severe illness, severe financial problems, humanitarian crisis and a couple other things I don't remember. I said ok my reason for the request is severe financial problems. He gave me two referral numbers, one for the service request and one for the expedite request.
PS: The request is done on the EAD not DACA app.
