It seems that some people are consumed by desperation. Just for legal status they would accept being treated worse than suspected terrorists (report to the government every 6 months) and forever be a second class citizen who can't vote, can't access social security they paid into, can't use unemployment benefit their employer paid into, and potentially deportable for a single misdemeanor. All that even if they served in the military and have their limbs blown off.

I am against Achieve Act not because I don't personally benefit from it, I don't need this turd to get my green card. I am against Achieve Act because it is inherently unfair and it creates modern day servitude through a legal 2nd class, the so called 'non-immigrant permanent resident'. This is NOT the America I believe in.

No taxation without representation. Does that sentence sound familiar? People who has no right to vote has no obligation to pay taxes.

THANK YOU for this post mate. This should put everything into perspective. Also, most of these people who are against full fledged solutions that provide us with permanent residency have mentioned that we are wrong to feel "entitled" Don't listen to these trolls because they are most likely against us. We should and definitely are entitled to these benefits and you will see this next year. Who are you to decide whether we're entitled or no. We just put a freakin man in the White House.

They didn't accept anybody. We pushed ourselves in the system with our effort. If Republicans had their way, they would ensure we remain benefit free. Think about the cost savings they would make by making us second class citizens like that. It only makes sense to go for the FULL reform now. We have nothing to lose. We'll never be deported as DACA beneficiaries..IF we don't commit any crimes.

Yes, I want and should receive a PATH towards a green card and citizenship. And I'm willing to pay a huge fine. I've already paid my taxes for all these years so its not a free ride. I think you need to come with terms that Republicans don't matter any more. They're not the ones who gave us DACA. Dream Act is passing by summer next year for sure which basically will grant us conditional green cards.

Better than nothing eh? You, trolling goodboy, can go out and marry any old trash out there to get your green card. Several of my acquaintances did just that. Dignity is not an issue for you, right?

You are a returning troll that has been banned several times before. This time ain't gonna be different.

Technically, we are criminals. Just saying.

Why don't you care about age limits?

No you're not, immigration is a civil, not criminal matter. If it's a crime it would be punishable by fine and/or incarceration, on top of deportation. It's as much a crime as speeding, and I don't think I've heard people who racked multiple speeding tickets referred as 'criminals'. When you don't withhold enough taxes and owe the IRS money at the end of the year you're technically breaking the law, but nobody would call you a 'criminal'.

Talk for yourself brah. Nobody's calling me a criminal. I've done my fair share, hold a college degree and have stayed out of trouble.
