Thanks for responding I do need to trust my lawyer. I just have control issues. I wish I could have done it myself, but I had some minor concerns so I decided to let a professional handle it. Since all the posts in forums relating to DACA have people saying they received the notification that the lockbox received the package within the first week, and my case being in California taking one month already, I just am not sure if its normal you know? I don't want to be a difficult client and drive my lawyer crazy with concerns, especially since he's my parent's friend, and my parents tell me I'm a "desesperada". I just thought since I'm in California and sent it before the election I'd have at least the first notification by now. I thought about checking if the money order was cashed, but I need to pay $15 to check. I also called immigration and the lady said since its been more than 10 days I could email them, so I did, but idk if it'll make a difference.

If you send it yourself it does only take about 10-15 days to receive your notifications, but if your lawyer send a huge package with many apps it might take longer. Call and ask if he can give you the tracking number for your package. USCIS I think has 20 or 30 days to send you a notice after your package has been received.

Yes, that is why I keep telling people to send a personal check instead of money order because it is better to see when your check gets cashed. Paper trail!!!

I wonder if the applications are received in order, or if they just have a room where everything gets dropped off and they start opening them at random?

What time did you check? Because they fixed it a couple hours ago. It should be posted. Bahamanian posted the time it was fixed.

So I cant check my status all of a sudden and it says my case is lost. What the heck is going on? Lol
