I765 Approved before I821D? - Page 2

My I821D updated three days later

So I looked at all the WAC13900076XX cases before me, at least 10, and have all been approved for both I821D and I765. So I'm hoping I get an update tomorrow that my I821D has been approved. I am going over a month of being approved for my EAD.

Have you received the card? According to USCIS rules you can't have and ead w/o daca so I think your daca is approved. Have you tried calling to check.

Mine hasn't been approved it is has been 3 weeks! I checked the WAC's before and after mine, and about 10 of them have been approved. It is nice to have the EAD, but the DACA application is making me nervous! I don't know why they haven't approved it, yet. Anybody on the same boat?

I think your DACA is approved. I think they fail to update the system. Have you contacted USCIS?

I have. The lady wasn't any help. She just said that as long as I filled everything, cleared my background, and don't have anything incriminating on my application, that I should just wait for a response. Which, I am already doing and already knew! I haven't received any letter or any text/e-mail. I don't know what to do. I'm probably going to have to wait until my 3 months are up.
