How do you guys apply for jobs? Ive been applying online and i feel like it isnt enough. My ead is so limited and i feel like time shouldnt be wasted. Everytime i walk in, they say to apply online.

Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, careerbuilder....

I will say keep trying. I have sent over 200 applications so far, and still have not got an interview. So keep trying.

I think employers are waiting to see what happens with the fiscal cliff, there might be a hiring moratorium until then unfortunately.

Tax breaks are set to expire December 31st, taxes will go up next year if Washington doesn't get something done. Employers are waiting it to see if they will hire more people or maybe even lay people off for the benefit of the CEO's.

calm down. Normal job hunting takes about 3 months, and for some people, it might take even longer. My advice will be get whatever part time jobs you can get, and applying for your dream job at the same time.

I agree with taoni10, don't get discouraged it's a bit tougher right now because of the perfect storm but nothing's impossible with some elbow grease and walking.
