Reasonable people disagree about the answer to immigration issues, even when they both realize that a failed immigration system, not undocumented immigrants, is the problem. I don't agree with a completely open borders policy. That said, don't you dare pretend to tell people, especially anyone who's been in your shoes, that they shouldn't be here because they disagree with you on how to address immigration.

I know you want to follow the law to be in good standing, but sometimes laws are flawed, and people need to ask for change. You can't just follow laws blindly. If that was the case we wouldn't be here.
I can't sit here and preach about fixing the system NOW that I'm in because it's the broken system that gave me an opportunity and I want other people to have that opportunity. I also can't sit here and be against fixing the system, because that is irrational.

I'm in the middle leaning for not fixing it because I know there will be outstanding individuals coming in because of it.
