My older brother just got APPROVED!!!!! 8/22/12 mailed application 9/27/12 bios 12/3/12 EAD APPROVED!!!

Case status still not working for me either. I agree, though. We will probably be approved by January. Seems like a long wait, but it'll be worth it... I hope.
