It all depends on what kind of people they look for. Here in my area, there's tons of temp agencies that specialize in admin support staff but others look for more advanced candidates like for specialized jobs. You can also try to find a recruiter but most of the time if you post a resume online, those people find you first.

I recommend walking around you'd be surprised how many "Now Hiring" signs you'll find on window store panes.

I so wanted to go work at this store I love when I saw that a month ago, but my EAD hadn't come in yet. Now I went back and it's gone
